Angela has expertise in service review and improvement, project design and developmentto deliver improved outcomes for customers.With 27 years’ experience in housing, housing support and business development; 12 at a senior level, Angela set up as a business consultant in 2016.Latterly in her housing tenure, Angela was involved in a local authority and RSL response to mitigating the impacts of welfare reform and strategic approaches to financial inclusion and was housing representative on the strategic planning group for a Health and Social Care Partnership developing the strategic commissioning plan. Angela has a keen interest in alleviating health inequalities and anti-poverty strategies.
Recent consultancy commissions have included undertaking an evaluation of advice services within a local authority across all partners agencies which included primary qualitative and quantitative research, designing and developing a multi-agency partnership and bid for financial inclusion which resulted in over £2 million of external funding being achieved and completing a value for money review of home care training for an employability organisation to deliver a programme which delivered improved outcomes for the employers and trainees involved.
The key element of successful delivery across all projects which Angela applies is excellent stakeholder management of new and existing client relationships and partnerships.
Angela obtained a Masters in Business Administration in 2015.
